From Wednesday 3rd September until Monday 8th September, support will not be able to create any new service jobs or arrange collection of customer repairs. They will be available to offer technical support during this time, other than on Friday 5th when the support lines will be offline due to migrating into the new system. The sales telephone lines will be open throughout.
