Dan Walker, the BBC sports journalist and presenter of Football Focus, relied on his Rock Xtreme 840 notebook during his World Cup tour of South Africa to communicate with football fans back at home. During the summer tour, in which Walker travelled around South Africa in the famously bright white BBC bus, Walker covered the 2010 FIFA World Cup as part of the BBC sport team. Walker used his Rock laptop for his regular blogging and video editing.

During his World Cup tour, Walker kept in touch with everyone back at home via his blog.
