Please be aware that should your machine require repair, the last date you are able to request an RMA with us is Friday 5th December, and the last collection date we have to collect your notebook from you for repair is Monday 8th December.
Technical Support lines will close at 1700hrs on Tuesday 23rd December and re open at 0900hrs Monday 5th January.
Tickets for Technical Support will close at 1700hrs on Wednesday 24th December and re open at 0900 Monday 29th December (with the exception of New Years Day)
Any RMA·s submitted from Friday 5th December will not be processed until the week commencing 12th January and you will be contacted regarding the next available collection date.
Sales phone lines will be manned up to Tuesday 23rd December, returning on Monday 5th January. Emails to sales and web orders will be accepted throughout the festive period.
