Serial Number Stickers

A small number of users have reported that the serial number on the base of their machine has faded. In the unlikely event that yours begins to fade, please make a note of it, the number will be below a barcode on the underside of the machine and begin with the letters RG.

As with any major purchase, it is wise to keep the accompanying invoice and order paperwork since this will be invaluable in case of an insurance claim.
