When you fill in the on-line RMA form, the information will come into rock Support.
rock Support will then issue a Service Job number or a solution.
If a solution is given and the issue remains, then an Service Job number will be created.
Once a Service Job is created, it is emailed back to you, with the collection date of the notebook. Please put the Service Job & the Citylink reference given on this conformation email on to the box and download the collection receipt and make sure it is filled in.
NOTE : If the notebook is not ready when Citylink come to collect a charge may be applied to re-arrange the collection.
Once the notebook has come into us, it will be checked in, diagnosed, repaired and then you will be called before its delivered back to you.
