Xtreme Ti - Boys Toys (Jun '05)

Billed as a genuine desktop replacement with gamers in mind, this is a bit of a beast. Its size and heft suggests it wont be used as a carry around notebook, but as a portable PC gaming solution within the home. With the fastest mobile graphics processor in the world, an Intel Pentium 4 (dum-dum-da-dum) processor, 7.1 surround sound, 17-inch TFT screen and memory capabilities that would make an elephant spin out, this will ensure Half Life feels like real life. Coming in at over two grand, including VAT, its not a cheap option, but should be worth every penny to the serious PC gamer.

  RATING 9/10
