In the event of an equipment failure please conatct our
Customer Services Department, quoting :
1. Which notebook you have
2. The serial number for that
3. The purchase date
4. The problems with your notebook
Your name & address
6. The warranty package you purchased
We will then arrange to have the notebook collected, (leave a
loan notebook if included in your warranty package), returned to us for repair
and then returned to yourselves following repair. (Carriage is charged at our
normal rates if not included in your warranty package.)
If any repair falls outside the scope of the warranty you will be
notified as soon as possible, prior to work commencing and an estimate of the
costs will be provided.
Please backup all data as we will not be
responsible for any loss however caused
not be liable for any damage caused in transit due to incorrect or poor
packing. Please therefore use your original packaging.
Should the repairs to your notebook not be covered under the
warranty, we will provide a quotation before comencing any work.
Quotations are charged at £20+vat (refunded upon repairs being carried
out) and carriage is charged at our normal rates.
