The monitor does not respond after you turn on the system.
  • Make sure that the monitor is turned on.
  • Turn off the power and check the monitorís power cord, AC adapter, and signal cable for proper connection.

    Rolling Screen
  • Change the PC display resolution to 1024x768 at 60hz. Refer to video card manual.
  • Disconnect the power adapter to monitor, then reconnect.
  • Press monitor power button again.
  • Recall the factory setting. Refer to panel controls and OSD functions in the user manual.

    Unstable Screen
  • Check if PC display resolution is not greater than 1024 x 768 at 75hz.
  • Check if PC display resolution matches the factory preset timings.
  • Change the PC display resolution to 1024x768 at 60hz. Refer to video card manual.
  • Recall the factory setting. Refer to panel controls and OSD functions in the user manual.

    Screen is not perfect
  • Check if the PC displays resolution matches the factory presets timings.
  • Recall the factory setting. Refer to panel controls and OSD functions in the user manual.
  • Fine-tune the screen by the following steps: pitch, phase, and position.
  • Refer to OSD functions in the user manual.

    The characters on the screen are dim.
  • Refer the Using On-Screen Display Controls section to adjust the brightness.

    The screen is blank.
  • During operation, the monitor screen may automatically turn off as a result of Power Saving feature. Press any key of the computer keyboard to see if the screen comes back.
  • Refer the Using On-Screen Display Controls section to adjust the brightness.

    The screen flashes when itís initialized.
  • Turn off the monitor and turn it on again.
