We purchased 16 notebook computers, mobile cabinet, wireless access point and a network printer from Rock Direct in Autumn 2004. After thoroughly researching suppliers we chose to buy from Rock Direct for several reasons. Firstly, they were very competitively priced.

Secondly, as they make and repair machines themselves (unlike many other sellers who act as middlemen) they could guarantee quick delivery and fast turn-around should repairs be necessary. This has since proved to be the case in practice.

Finally, we were able to view several notebook models before buying, in order to make an informed choice and ensure we were happy with the product.

Since receiving the notebooks we have been very pleased with their performance and the helpful and prompt after-sales service provided by Rock Direct.
